Technopark Skill Training India Program encourage and promote skill development in the country by providing free short duration skill training and incentivizing this by providing monetary rewards to youth for skill certification.

The scheme is structured into three primary training types:

• Short Term Training (STT): Aimed at school/college dropouts or the unemployed. It provides training in soft skills, entrepreneurship, and digital/financial literacy.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Provides certification to individuals who already have skills (acquired through informal work) but lack a formal certificate. It may include “Bridge Courses” to update their knowledge.
• Special Projects: Focuses on training for unique job roles in government or corporate bodies that are not covered under standard qualification packs (e.g., niche technology or green energy).
